Sugar: 2 Tablespoon
Cardamom Powder : ¼ Teaspoon

Prepare the Carrot : First, grate the carrot in mixer grinder with ½ cup of milk. Then do saute the fine grated carrot for 5 mins in a non-stick pan.
Add additional ingredients : After that add ½ cup of milk powder in it and mix well. When the milk powder is mixed very well, then add ½ cup condensed milk and ¼ cup sugar in it and saute for another 5 mins. Then add 2 tbsp ghee and ¼ teaspoon cardamom powder in it.
Make a layer : Now take it down. Grease a flat tray with a little bit ghee and make a layer of cooked carrot on it and cool down for 1 hr.
Prepare Cottage Cheese : Now take the cottage cheese and add semolina, ¼ cup powdered milk and smashed well. Then put 1 tbsp ghee on a heated pan and saute the cottage cheese mix with ¼ cup of condensed milk. When the condensed milk mixed well, add 2 tbsp sugar on it and cook in low heat until it thickens. After that mix ¼ teaspoon cardamom powder in it and take it down.
Make a roll : Make a roll of the cottage cheese.
Shape : The roll of these cottage cheese place on carrot layer and make a roll of the carrot layer. Now leave it for 1 hour. Finally cut in pieces the delicious carrot sweetmeat (Gajor er Sandesh) and serve.
